Over the last few years, the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has been one of the most effective programs for empowering the youth of Pakistan. Initiated in 2010 as a joint initiative of the Government of Punjab and the Department for International Development (DFID) of the UK, PSDF provides free skill-based training courses to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and economic independence—specifically for the disadvantaged groups of Punjab.
