Vacant Posts & Eligibility Criteria
Here’s a comprehensive outline of the vacant trades and their criteria:
- Aero Trade
Age: 15½ to 20 years (on or before 29 Dec 2025)
Height: 163 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with 60% marks minimum. At least 33% marks in English.
Vision: 6/6 (without spectacles)
- PF&DI (Physical Fitness & Drill Instructor)
Age: 16½ to 21 years
Height: 178 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with at least 60% marks. 33% in English is also mandatory.
Vision: 6/6
- Security Trade
Age: 17 to 21 years
Height: 175 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with at least 55% marks and 45% marks in English.
Vision: 6/6
- MTD (Mechanical Transport Driver)
Age: 17 to 23 years
Height: 168 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with 50% marks. English marks must be at least 45%.
Other: Should possess LTV/HTV driving license.
Vision: 6/6
- Fire Fighter
Age: Between 17 and 21 years
Height: 168 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with 60% marks, and 45% in English.
Vision: 6/6
- Sportsman
Age: 15½ to 20 years
Height: 163 – 188 cm
Education: Matric (Science) with 60% marks and at least 33% in English.

- Female Medical Assistant (FMA)
Age: 16 to 20 years

Candidates will be asked to present their original academic documents, CNIC/Form-B, and four passport-sized photographs at the time of test.

Special quota and age relaxation is offered by PAF for:
Candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and ex-FATA
