As a part of the broader Kamyab Jawan initiative, this program provides free technical and digital vocational training courses to young people of Punjab and other provinces. Hunarmand Punjab’s objective
The primary objective of the Hunarmand Punjab program is to promote employment and poverty reduction through offering free, quality training in skills. The initiative targets contemporary technologies, entrepreneurship, and technical trades so that Pakistani youth can be locally and internationally employable.
It also supports gender equality as it invites men, women, and transgender persons to join the program.

Hunarmand Punjab Program 2025 Eligibility Criteria
For eligibility for Hunarmand Punjab, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
General Criteria:
Should be a Pakistani national with a valid CNIC
Age: 15 to 40 years (course-wise)
Minimum Education: Matriculation (Intermediate or Graduation may be required for some courses)
Not an existing pupil in any other government training program
For Benazir Hunarmand Program (BISP-based):
Should be a registered BISP beneficiary
Only one candidate per household can apply
Age: 18 to 40 years
Minimum education: Matriculation
