Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP) 2025 is a vocational and technical training development program initiated under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) with the goal of offering free-of-cost vocational and technical training to deserving individuals throughout Pakistan. This initiative is meant to empower young people, particularly women, with employable skills that are according to both local and global market requirements.
Who Can Apply?
Only those individuals who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply:
Registered in BISP Dynamic Registry: The applicants should be active recipients of the BISP dynamic survey system.
Educational Qualification: Matric (10th grade) is the minimum level of education.
Age Limit: The age of the applicant should be 18 to 40 years.
One Person per Family: Only one person from one family can apply.
Valid CNIC & Mobile Number: A valid CNIC and an active mobile number are compulsory.
Purpose of the Program
This portal is for registration purposes only. Once the applications have been submitted, a selection process will be conducted, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and registered in the program.
